prenatal yoga exercises etc?
hi ladies im 37+5 and just lookin some advice on prenatal yoga or exercises that can help the body prepare itself for labor? i use an exercise ball daily to help baby with positioning. also can anyone give me advice on breathing techniques for labor as i missed my ante-natal classes that inform you of those. thanks in advance!
In my birthing class, they tell you to relax and breath deep breaths when you are feeling the contractions. Find a focal point and focus on that.
I was also told that you tend to throw all that out the window when it is your first, but you will have a nurse that will help you and tell you what to do, Lots of woman don’t go to those classes.

I would ask your OB about the prenatal yoga, some places offer it at the hospital but you would need a note from the doctor.
