Kat designs after an individual evaluation, to address your needs, a personalized Yoga practice and dietary plan. This is only viable for each student that subscribes to our monthly plans. This allows Kat the sufficient timeframe to focus on your potential issues that might inhibit a balanced body-mind-soul state. Helping you to heal and slowly reach the best and healthiest version of yourself.
Retreat Yourself is a unique, one-to-one yoga experience designed for those seeking a short retreat that fits seamlessly into their busy lives.
Each session offers a customised yoga sequence with hands-on adjustments from experienced instructors, making it ideal for all levels. You’ll be guided through poses that release tension, boost flexibility, and promote mindful focus, leaving you feeling balanced, refreshed, and revitalised.

The meditation room is a space that is both calming and inspiring, where you can cultivate a regular meditation that with practice will support your overall health and well-being. Each meditation session lasts for 25 minutes.

Each guided practice begins at your convenience. I recommend daily sessions with a minimum of 15 minutes practice. Increasing gradually the duration by an additional 15 minutes over time. To truly witness the benefits, remain persistent in your practice.

Yoga by the beach
Let me take you through what you can anticipate during this incredible beach yoga experience. It all begins with a brief meditation to help you connect with your senses, allowing you to immerse yourself in the tranquil surroundings. You'll listen to the soothing sound of the ocean, establishing a serene and focused mindset.
As we delve into the yoga practice, you'll employ your breath to unite your body and mind. This will help you release any pent-up stress, allowing you to feel more at ease and aligned.
Towards the end of our yoga session, you'll be treated to a short and rejuvenating massage, which will aid in further relaxation, as you melt into your last post.
