Let’s have a mindful morning at the beach, in your office or online to create the best conditions for a successful day.
We’ll start with a 60-minute yoga session for strength, flexibility and balance. This yoga class will energize and focus your body and mind for work.
After the class, we will enjoy a delicious "Holistic Brunch". The food is made exclusively with local products and will give you power for the day. If you book an online session, I will send you the recipe in advance. It’s just an inspiration, you can prepare each food you like.
During the brunch, you will learn something about a holistic and healthy living- covering all the essential areas of a balanced life.
The combination of yoga and food will help you to be healthier and happier. You'll recognise you strengths and growth potential for work and everyday life. This will automatically create a better team spirit.
