10 Minutes of Yoga a Day keeps you the doctor away
They say "an apple a day keeps the doctor away," but I believe that 10 minutes of yoga each day can do wonders for your mind and body.
That’s why I’ve created a 10-minute yoga sequence that you can easily incorporate into your morning routine—or practice whenever it suits you best.
My journey began with just 10 minutes of yoga each day, and it has had a profound impact on my life. I want to share this simple yet powerful practice with you because I believe it can truly transform your body, mind, and overall well-being. Just 10 minutes can make a difference, even if it means waking up a little earlier or moving instead of staying still.
To help you get started, I’ve included two PDFs:
1. **The Full Ebook:** This contains all the explanations and guidance you need.
2. **Printable Calendar, Notes, and the Yoga Sequence:** This handy PDF includes a calendar to track your progress and the yoga sequence itself.
I recommend printing out the second PDF (labeled "PRINTMEKATSAMORNINGFLOWSEQUENCE") so you can practice without needing to rely on your phone or computer.
Using the Calendar:
I’ve included a calendar where you can mark off each day you complete your 10 minutes of yoga. If you miss a day, don’t stress—just pick up where you left off. Life happens, and the most important thing is to keep going. The calendar is a great tool to keep yourself motivated.
Setting Up Your Space:
In the morning, take a moment to set up your practice space. Lay out everything you need nearby. You might even consider cutting out each yoga pose from the sequence and placing them in order on your mat to make it easier to follow along.
